Thanks to the energy, commitment, and enthusiasm of our members, volunteers, committees, and partners, 2025 was a year filled with connection, learning, and meaningful impact. I'm proud to present a few of the year's highlights.

Education & Industry Engagement
Chair of the ESG Committee Nick Stolatis, CPM® noted that we hosted two informational webinars led by valued Industry Partners:

Chair of the Membership Engagement Committee Stephanie Caulfield, CPM® created and launched a new quarterly Zoom series, “Maximizing Your Membership,” designed to help new (and seasoned!) members fully understand and take advantage of all that IREM® has to offer.

Networking, Fun & Giving Back
The biggest highlight of all was our mega-successful Seventh Annual Clay Shoot, which resulted in two generous donations—$40,064.97 each—benefiting GiGi’s Playhouse NYC and
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
For the second year in a row, chapter volunteers spent a Saturday morning at the Green City Force Forest Houses Eco-Hub in the Bronx, weeding, tilling, prepping garden beds—and harvesting nearly 400 pounds of fresh vegetables. A true reminder of the impact we can make when we roll up our sleeves together.
Through our work with the HOPE Program, we conducted a panel presentation for a cohort of participants, sharing career insights and reinforcing the value of professional property management as a pathway to opportunity.

In addition to our growing community of individual members, Tina Thiakodemitris, CPM®, ARM®, ACoM®, chair of the Industry Partner Committee proudly welcomed nine new Industry Partners to our chapter:
